I stayed in the hotel 3 night and the service was amazing. Everything was good. Room, restaurant, food all facilities is wonderful..

Hi Guys, The service and people at hotel at very polite and understanding of guest requirements. The service of very quick in terms of room of dinning area was pretty good. Helper or waiter or captian was very kind about the food ask which we asked to cook they use to make sure to give proper one which should like by customer. Only request to hotel team - Please keep nonveg stock in backup as it would make more happier for customer whole ordering any of nonveg food and don't need to hesitate to ask any item from menu list at any time during kitchen time. Rest of service and hospitality is pretty good. Recommended for family and frnds both.

I stayed at the property for 3 nights/4 days with my family from the 26th to the 29th of December. From the initial inquiry to check in and till check out, every single member of the hotel personnel was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Abhinav Nanda, the owner, for believing in us and holding the rooms without payment during high season. Rooms - Were neat and clean, with a nice view and the necessary convenience. e.g water heater, tv, comfortable mattress, sitting area, wardrobe, clean linens. Location: It's a little farther out from the mall road (2.5 kilometres), but it's nice to have some peace and quiet away from the everyday rush and bustle. Food:Food was average, but not horrible when compared to other restaurants in Manali. Slightly pricey, and I have given the hotel team the same feedback. However, Manali is a popular tourist location, so this is to be expected. Staff behavior : Very well behaved and helpful. Very prompt service. Special thanks to Mr. Ashish(Restaurant), Mr. Bantu ( Reception and Mr. Abhinav Nanda for making our holidays memorable. 🙏🏼

It was a wonderful experience staying at hotel park residency, staff was polite and attentive every time. Sameer, Aksu, Ashish and bantu ji were very helpful and they also took special requests. Food was amazing!!! Would recommend staying here.

Spent 5 days was nothing like home for us….room view is so beautiful ,friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, clean rooms , well maintained hygiene. If you want home away home Park Residency is best for that…..
